He previously served as Vice President of Operations and General Manager of DealerSocket’s DealerFire digital solutions line, a business unit Brian led as COO/CFO before its acquisition by DealerSocket in January 2015. Under his leadership, DealerFire more than tripled its market share to become a leader in the digital automotive industry.

The lifelong Knoxvillian (Tenn.) spent over 20 years in the payments industry before joining Vehlo in November 2022 to lead the finance and accounting teams, the financial planning and forecasting process, and acquisition diligence and integration from a financial perspective.

His nearly three-decade career includes executive leadership roles with One Inc., Elavon, the University of Tennessee, and Sprint. He specializes in business planning, systems implementation, M&A activity, and regulatory compliance/audit oversight.

Autumn’s 15-year career includes roles at two Vista Equity Partner portfolio companies, Dish Network, and SiriusXM.
