JOSH WEIS

Josh leads Vehlo as CEO with over a decade in software & fintech leadership, first with Protect My Ministry, which later became part of Ministry Brands where he served as Executive Vice President and a key player in the company’s revenue growth, M&A activity, and multibillion-dollar recapitalizations. Weis joined Vehlo in 2024 was most recently CEO of Office Pride, a commercial cleaning services franchisor, leading the company to record-breaking sales growth over the last two years.

BRIAN WAGNER

In his role as President and Chief Operating Officer, Brian oversees all areas of operations and the integration of new additions to the Vehlo portfolio. With extensive experience in the automotive software industry, including roles as Chief Operating & Financial Officer at DealerFire and as General Manager at DealerSocket, his diverse background enables Brian to understand the key technical, financial, and operational needs of the industry from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Bill Roselli is the Chief Financial Officer at Vehlo, where he leverages over two decades of financial leadership experience across a diverse portfolio of technology and healthcare companies. With a proven track record in driving growth and operational efficiency, Bill has played a pivotal role in scaling organizations and optimizing financial performance. Before joining Vehlo, Bill served as CFO at PracticeTek, Inhabit IQ, GetWellNetwork, and MRI Software. In each role, he demonstrated his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes in private equity-backed environments.

Having spent his entire career in payments and financial technology, Andy’s experience spans from leading sales and partnership management for some of the largest payments organizations in the industry, to co-founding a successful fintech start-up, to overseeing the embedded payments divisions for a vertically focused software business.
