GREGG OWEN

CO-FOUNDER OF TEXT2DRIVE

Gregg co-founded Text2Drive with his father when they realized that texting was making a cultural shift in the way people communicate. Within months of testing their texting automotive dealership software platform with the customers of their magazine, Auto Guide, Gregg saw 40% of readers were texting to get information about cars rather than calling. Now, Text2Drive is the leading communication platform for dealerships, and Gregg uses his insights and entrepreneurial spirit to drive the brand forward.

JOSH WEIS

Josh leads Vehlo as CEO with over a decade in software & fintech leadership, first with Protect My Ministry, which later became part of Ministry Brands where he served as Executive Vice President and a key player in the company’s revenue growth, M&A activity, and multibillion-dollar recapitalizations. Weis joined Vehlo in 2024 was most recently CEO of Office Pride, a commercial cleaning services franchisor, leading the company to record-breaking sales growth over the last two years.

MICHELLE FISCHER

Michelle is the Chairwoman of Vehlo’s Board of Directors after serving as the company’s CEO from inception in 2019 until 2024. She has a proven track record for building high-performing teams that develop and implement winning market strategies, including leading Vehlo to tremendous growth during her tenure. Prior to joining Vehlo, Michelle’s 20 year career in software lends her a deep understanding of the software lifecycle through executive and senior leadership roles at NCR, Sabre Airline Solutions, and a variety of Vista Equity Partner portfolio companies.

BRIAN WAGNER

In his role as President and Chief Operating Officer, Brian oversees all areas of operations and the integration of new additions to the Vehlo portfolio. With extensive experience in the automotive software industry, including roles as Chief Operating & Financial Officer at DealerFire and as General Manager at DealerSocket, his diverse background enables Brian to understand the key technical, financial, and operational needs of the industry from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Robert spearheads Vehlo's Product and Technology strategy, leveraging rich experience from Private Equity-backed SaaS platforms. His tenure as COO of PracticeTek, President of Vyne Dental, and Global Product Director at Carestream Dental exemplify his adept navigation of technology-driven landscapes. His extensive background underscores his ability to navigate the dynamic landscape of platform technology-driven solutions with precision and insight balanced & measured by business outcomes.

As Vehlo's Chief Revenue Officer, Rob leads the company's growth initiatives, boasting a consistent track record of achieving substantial double-digit growth and strategically positioning organizations for long-term profitability and success. With a diverse background across SaaS, Fintech, services, and IT hardware sectors, Rob brings extensive expertise in leading top-multi-channel sales & marketing organizations. His leadership journey includes impactful growth and P&L stewardship roles at PracticeTek, InVue, Elo Touch Solutions, and Skillsoft.

ROGER HARDGROVE

Roger is responsible for Vehlo’s information security in addition to delivering scalable back-office solutions that contribute to Vehlo’s investments, growth, and profitability. He joined Vehlo in July 2020 with a deep well of experience that spans scaling technical operations, implementing security best practices, and integrating new acquisitions. His 35-year career includes leadership roles at Epiq, The North Highland Company, and Harbinger.

EUWART ANDERSON

Euwart leads the performance, strategic direction, and growth of the Vehlo Dealership software portfolio. He joined Vehlo in February 2021 with extensive experience in accounting, finance, global talent management, M&A, executive leadership, and team development. Euwart’s career spans roles at three Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies, Grant Thornton, and Morgan Stanley.

Rob leads the performance, strategic direction, and growth of the Vehlo Aftermarket software portfolio. Rob joined Vehlo in January 2021 as part of a 20-year career with a proven record for elevating solutions, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. His prior roles include executive leadership functions at NCR and Chief Information Officer for two global organizations.

STEVE CIABATTONI

Steve leads the performance, strategic direction, and growth of the Vehlo Payments portfolio. He began his 15-year career in the payments industry at Heartland Payment Systems before co-founding 360 Payments in January 2011. Since then, 360 Payments has become a part of the Vehlo portfolio, and with it, Steve has brought his extensive experience around payment tech, processing services, and M&A to the Vehlo leadership team.

Pete leads the partner ecosystem and is our Senior Vice President of Channels and Alliances at Vehlo. With a rich background in channel leadership within high-growth technology companies, Pete is the driving force behind our partner growth initiatives. His impressive track record, cultivated at renowned organizations like Greenlight Guru, Qualtrics-Clarabridge, Blackboard, and Jaggaer, underscores his prowess in building and scaling revenue-generating alliances and channel partner ecosystems in private equity-backed and publicly traded businesses.

DAVID STALZER

As Vice President of OEM Strategy & Solutions, David brings proven expertise in OEM business development, account management, variable and fixed operations strategies, and dealership operational structure to the Vehlo leadership team. With 30-plus years of automotive experience, David uses his leadership insights across critical aspects of the automotive business and dealership operations to deepen relationships with our OEM partners.
